Intensive Therapy is ideal if you are in crisis and need intense, immediate attention. We will meet two or three times a week for ninety minutes.
Working Through provides an opportunity to make solid gains and achieve your therapy goals. We will meet for one fifty-minute session each week.
Moderate Support Therapy helps to reinforce your gains. We will meet for one fifty-minute session, every other week.
Couples Counseling is an opportunity to explore the difficult areas in your relationship with your spouse or partner. We will meet for 50 minutes each week. I take a non-directive approach and encourage the communication between the couple to provide the opportunity to come to an understanding about how to get through whatever is blocking the easy flow of the journey together.
Group Therapy Sessions provide an opportunity to experience yourself in relationship with others in a safe environment where you can recognize your habitual patterns of interaction and develop new, more effective ways to communicate. Emphasis is on identifying and talking about your feelings and getting feedback about how you come across to others. You will also have the opportunity to practice giving honest feedback. Groups meet for ninety minutes once a week.
