I am a licensed psychotherapist in Grand Junction, Colorado. My work centers around helping people recognize and overcome whatever holds them back from feeling good about themselves in their work, in their relationships and in their lives. I work with people individually, in couples counseling, and in group sessions.
I believe it is important for people to be able to maintain a healthy balance in their lives, make decisions that support what they really want for themselves, set strong personal boundaries, overcome negative thinking and be able to acknowledge and express feelings with integrity.
I am a graduate of Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. My degree is MA Psychology: Contemplative Psychotherapy. I am a member of the American Group Psychotherapists Association (AGPA). I am Licensed by the State of Colorado to offer counseling services (LPC). I am a Certified Addictions Counselor (CACIII). I am an Approved Provider of Domestic Violence Treatment for Men and Women. I also provide
anger management classes.
I enjoy working with people in various stages of change and transition who want to find a way to make life more rewarding.
